They owed you money, you sued them.. you won... and they still haven't paid you, Now What? How do you get PAID? Let's face it, if the debtor was going to pay you, they would have already! The money is not going to fall from the sky. The debtor will not suddenly be overcome with guilt and deliver the money to your door.  IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, (as much as you wish it would ), someone MUST be actively pursuing them.
