Include your mailing
address and contact information
Next, we will mail you the actual documents that you would
execute when you decide to hire us. This includes an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ASSIGNMENT OF JUDGMENT form all with
instructions.
Then, if you want to hire us, sign the agreement, have your
signature Notarized on the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ASSIGNMENT OF
JUDGMENT form, include the $79.00 fee (check, money order or
credit card) and mail it back to us in the included return
envelope.
Finally, we file the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ASSIGNMENT OF
JUDGMENT with the Court of Record which now gives us the
legal right to pursue the Debtor and collect their private
and personal information.
